Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free Domestic shipping
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic – U.S.): 3–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier first. We will assist in filing a claim if necessary.
